  • Nob Hill Townhouse

Luxury at its best in Nob Hill! NBR transformed a 10 year old townhouse into a beautiful, modern, loft-like space. A brick wall was installed spanning 3 levels, carpets were removed and accent wall painting was added to create a new look and feel. • Bernal Heights 2 Residence

COLOR and WHIMSY defined this design engagement by NBR! NBR worked very closely in the design phase with the homeowners who had exciting visions for their newly purchased home. Truly collaborative with a number of professionals, NBR found the right balance for an electic, colorful and whimsical space. The homeowner sourced the terrifc backsplash. It was paired beautifully with the traditional carrara marble countertops-- the perfect choice for the overall effect the homeowners were trying to create. The gray cabinets were another wonderful addition giving a tinge of modernity to the space. The outcome: SPECTACULAR!!

  • Bernal Heights Residence

An unbelievable TRANSFORMATION in Bernal Heights! This Bernal home barely had a kitchen, and it had an awkward wall separating the tiny kitchen from the Living Room. • Mission Dolores Residence

NBR designed and renovated this adorable Edwardian with good bones needing major TLC. The kitchen was closed up in the back of the house, and there was only 1 bathroom. NBR created a family friendly space by opening the kitchen wall to the family room, expanding the guest bathroom into a roomy, comfortable space-- and finally, creating a brand new master bathroom off the master bedroom. Due to the smaller size of the flat, each room needed to be as efficient as possible and designed together as a whole. The kitchen is now open and airy and includes an island large enough to seat 6 guests. It also has a custom-built wood bar perfect for morning coffee by the back window. The owners have since welcomed a new baby to the household and are loving their updated kitchen and their new private master bathroom space!

Every room can be seen from the others giving a warm, delightful living space. NBR also designed and created a wonderful master bathroom suite with a walk in closet. A steam shower completed the bathroom as well as a soaking tub with a custom shelf and area for the faucet. The outcome: SPECTACULAR!

  • Nopa Residence

Beautiful Greys and Whites! This bathroom needed to be gutted to the studs. Because it was so small and had an awkward shape (a closet protruding into the already cramped space), the NBR design team kept the style simple. The focus is all verticle-- from the floor to the ceiling. The symmetrical tiles used were shades of grey coupled with ultra white to draw attention to the true assets of the space.
